While we tout lean meats and whole grains as the foundation of fitness, a varied diet of fruits and vegetables is absolutely crucial to your body’s health. Jam-packed with vitamins and minerals, no nutrition regimen is complete without a full spectrum of greens. (Pro Tip: Ask for dressing on the side when ordering salad. Nothing ruins a bed of lettuce like saturated add-ons!)

Move More

As much as we respect your dedication to the office, there is no excuse for sacrificing your health for a paycheck. Skip the elevator and take the stairs, and walk down the street for lunch instead of ordering in. Park farther away at the grocery store and do some deep breathing while you drive. Trust us, the small things will make a big difference.

Reassess Regularly

For all the excitement of starting a new health regimen, goals should be pragmatic and attainable. Set objectives and determine the steps it will take to get there, and be willing to reconsider your approach as your environment evolves. Push yourself, but also forgive yourself. Remember, the most important person in your life is you.
