Trainers Strength Moves You Need to Do To Improve Your Core

Your core is one of the most important areas of your body, so you don’t want to neglect it during exercise. Here are just a few calorie-burning core moves that you can combine with good exercise, good nutrition and good health!

Butterfly Sit-Up

The butterfly sit-up is a lot like a regular sit-up, but it requires you to extend your arms and spread your legs as you rise into the sit-up position. This basically forces you to use the right muscle groups for core exercise. It’s a neat little fitness trick!


The plank is one of the best ways to improve core strength. It’s quick, simple, effective and requires no special routines or equipment. Just hold your body still as you rest on your forearms and toes. Once you’ve built up some endurance for that position, start flexing your arms and legs.

Dead Bug

The “dead bug” requires you to rest on your back while moving around your arms and legs. You’ll look just like a cockroach on the kitchen floor, but your core will thank you for it. This move is fantastic for building strength and stamina!
